Vanina Bracking

Vanina Bracking has a diverse work experience in recruitment and instruction roles. Vanina started their career as a Recruitment Analyst Intern at DIA Argentina in 2015, where they managed search bases and conducted large-scale selections. Vanina then worked at Implement Consultants as the Head of Recruitment and Selection, where they led the recruitment process for various profiles and maintained strategic relationships with clients.

Afterward, Vanina joined Randstad Argentina as a Talent Acquisition Specialist IT, handling the search and selection process for high-performance positions in the information technology division. Vanina also worked as a Tech Recruiter SR at Telecom Argentina, responsible for end-to-end search and selection of digital professionals.

In 2022, Vanina took on instructor roles at both Municipio de Río Grande and IESERH. Currently, they are working as an Sr IT recruiter at AccelOne, managing the entire recruitment process and collaborating with the CTO and tech managers to define requirements for different technical positions.
