Blanca Puentes has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2014, she worked as a Support and Customer Service at Suonper · Survey Web & Mobile. In 2015, she worked as an IT Recruitment Assistant (Internship) at Epidata, where she assisted the IT recruitment team in editing and uploading resumés for different clients. In 2019, she worked as a Freelance Recruiter at Gestion Mandala Recursos Humanos y Procesos Empresariales. Additionally, in 2019, she worked as a People Care Analyst and IT Recruiter & HR Analyst at AccelOne, where she worked with the recruitment team to improve candidates' experience during the recruitment process, led onboarding and offboarding processes, created and organized kick-off meetings with new team members, and was responsible for the implementation, administration, and communication of HR benefits, policies, programs, and initiatives.
