Jennifer Dobrodziej has worked in the field of biology since 2016. Jennifer began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Quinnipiac University, where they identified areas of improvement to protocols and reported findings to leadership. Jennifer then joined IsoPlexis in 2018 as a Research Associate and Biological Consumable Technician, where they applied standard operating procedures to produce high-quality, consumable microfluidic chips and evaluated the performance of consumable products in the field. In 2019, Jennifer joined Arvinas as an Associate Scientist (Cell Biology) and Research Associate (Cellular Biology), where they independently executed experiments utilizing high- and low-throughput assays to evaluate and understand PROTAC degraders under relevant cellular conditions. Most recently, Jennifer has been working as a Principal Research Associate and Senior Research Associate at Accent Therapeutics, Inc. since 2021.
Jennifer Dobrodziej obtained their High School Diploma from Thomas R Proctor High School in 2011. Jennifer then attended the University of New Haven and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) (2) in Forensic Science and Biology in 2015. In 2016, they began their Master of Health Science at Quinnipiac University and graduated in 2018 in Medical Laboratory Sciences. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Managing Your Career as an Introvert from LinkedIn.
