Steven Papera

Steven Papera serves as the General Counsel at Accolite Digital since August 2022, where Steven leads legal strategy for a digital transformation services provider. Prior to this role, Steven held various positions at Cognizant from September 2010 to July 2022, culminating as Associate General Counsel for North America, overseeing legal support for key business units including Banking & Financial Services. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel and Corporate Associate at Lowenstein Sandler PC, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Steven began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Buonocore & Trevisan, P.C. Steven holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell Law School and a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
