Santosh Kulkarni

Santosh Kulkarni is an experienced imaging scientist with a strong background in algorithm and system design, particularly in Computed Tomography (CT) and Emission Computed Tomography (ECT). Currently serving as a Senior Imaging Scientist at Xoran Technologies since May 2018, Santosh has previously held roles such as Senior System Engineer/Physicist at FMI Medical Systems and System Physicist at Philips. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Medical Imaging from Stony Brook University, Santosh has developed expertise in CT reconstruction algorithms and statistical reconstruction methods, contributing to advancements in imaging technologies throughout a career that began after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
