Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has created an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as working as a Nutritionist in a private consultancy and teaching college-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from February 2016 to August 2017.
