Prior to that, they worked at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace as the Area Director of Human Resources, leading and driving HR functions for multiple properties. Lisa also has experience working as a Complex Director of Human Resources at Wyndham Hotel Group and as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Lisa has a strong background in recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with legal requirements.
