Jeremy Kwok

Jeremy Kwok has a diverse range of work experience. Jeremy started as a Student Researcher at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where they researched multi-threaded bugs in code and developed a program called SyncDebugger. Jeremy also worked as a Peer Tutor, assisting undergraduate students in Computer Science courses, and as an Undergraduate Thesis Student, contributing to the FastOD project.

Jeremy then worked as a Software Engineering Co-op at Symbility Intersect, where they wrote RESTful API code for Android/iOS client apps using the Sails node.js framework.

Currently, they are employed at Achievers as a Software Developer. In this role, they have developed the Achievers employee engagement Android app and implemented various features such as interacting with RESTful APIs and utilizing push notifications through GCM/FCM. Jeremy has recently been promoted to the position of Software Engineering Manager.

From 2013 to 2017, Jeremy Kwok attended Ontario Tech University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
