Flavio Cosseddu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Flavio began their career in 2008 as a Researcher for the Political Science branch of the University of Sassari. Flavio worked on a National relevant project focused on reordering politics and e-inclusion. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Researcher/Consultant at Dog Comunicación. In 2011, they joined Sitel Iberica and worked as a UNI in Nokia - Italia.

In 2013, Flavio joined Achilles Group Limited where they held multiple positions. Flavio started as a Customer Onboarding representative, making outgoing and incoming calls to establish sales leads. Flavio then became the Customer Onboarding Team Leader and Network Training Facilitator, responsible for ensuring the team's understanding and skills to achieve customer onboarding KPIs. Flavio then transitioned to Manager, Supplier Account Management for Southern Europe, leading a team of telephone account managers and focused on increasing new subscriptions and retention rates.

In 2020, Flavio was promoted to the role of Head of Inside Sales for SEU and LATAM, supporting the Account Managers organization in achieving annual targets and developing inside sales training programs. Currently, Flavio is the Head of Customer Growth for SEU and LATAM at Achilles Group Limited. Flavio leads a sales team of account managers, drives sales growth, identifies sales opportunities, and establishes sales goals while increasing customer retention rates.
