Fatma Elbaradie

Fatma Elbaradie has extensive experience in various HR roles. Fatma currently holds the position of HR Director - META at Acino. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director - Emerging Markets at STADA Group from June 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Takeda, where they held multiple roles including HR Director - Performance and rewards, compensation and Benefits and Talent Management from September 2018 to June 2020, and Human Resources and Communications Director from February 2017 to August 2018. Fatma also worked at Novartis as Head of Talent Management, Organization Development & Staffing - Human Resources from September 2012 to January 2017. In addition, Fatma has experience at Lafarge as MEA - Regional Learning and Development Manager from January 2011 to August 2012, and as Corporate HR Manager from October 2008 to December 2010. Their earlier experience includes working as the Middle East - Regional Staffing and Relocation Manager (MENA region) at Bechtel Corporation from April 2006 to September 2008, and as Acting HR Manager - Senior Business Partner at Al Mansour Holding Co. For Financial Investments from October 1998 to March 2006.

Fatma Elbaradie obtained a B.Sc. in English Commerce with a field of study in Accounting from Ain Shams University between 1994 and 1998. Fatma later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Marketing from the Maastricht School of Management, completing it between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, they hold an MBA certification from the Maastricht School of Management.
