Sharmila Raman has extensive experience in quality, compliance, and information security across various roles in technology and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Quality & Compliance Cloud Ops at Acqueon since October 2023, Sharmila previously worked for over 15 years at Servion Global Solutions, advancing from Manager of Quality to Senior Manager of Information Security and Process & Delivery Assurance. In this capacity, Sharmila conducted phase-wise audits for software projects and oversaw the implementation and tracking of ISO controls. Additionally, Sharmila's early career includes positions at Veeras Infotek Pvt Ltd and TAKE Solutions, beginning as a Sales Co-Ordinator. Educational background includes a BCA in Computer Science from the University of Madras and a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from The Institute of Road Transport Polytechnic College.
