Joel Silverman

Joel Silverman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer relationships, sales, and revenue growth across various industries, particularly in technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Actifai since April 2024, Silverman previously held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Kasisto, Inc., where success was achieved in driving revenue and enhancing customer experiences in the financial services sector. Additional roles include Head of Sales & Partnerships at CognitiveScale, CEO of JS1 Associates, and various senior leadership positions at Synchronoss Technologies, Litl, and Virgin Mobile USA, where significant contributions to growth, M&A activities, and market strategies were made.
