Chance Thomas has a strong background in information technology support. Starting as a Tech Support call center agent for Alorica in 2013, Chance has since worked at Teleperformance, England Logistics, and currently at Acumen Fiscal Agent, focusing on IT Help Desk support. With an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Networking Systems from Salt Lake Community College, Chance has honed skills in providing excellent customer service and technical support for various IT systems.
