Michael Henrich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in B2B strategy and product development. Currently serving as the Director of B2B & Strategy at Adamo Telecom Iberia S.A.U. since February 2020, Michael is responsible for driving growth and shaping the company's strategy to position it as the leading fiber platform in rural Spain. Prior to this role, Michael held several key positions at Unitymedia, including Vice President of Customer Value Proposition B2B & Housing Associations, where significant growth in revenue and EBITDA was achieved. Michael also served as Director of Strategy, focusing on long-term financial planning and M&A projects. Earlier career experience includes a Project Manager role at Solon Management Consulting, leading projects for B2B fiber players. Michael holds a PhD in Marketing from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, with additional studies at Università Bocconi.
