Shrm Chris Black

Chris Black, SPHR SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Chris worked as a Human Resources Manager at National Tube Form from November 1993 to April 1996, and then transitioned to a similar role at National Plastics Corporation from May 1996 to December 2003. From December 2003 to January 2017, Chris served as the Human Resources Director at Indiana Tech. Chris then joined Maxim Medical Services, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources from January 2017 to July 2017. Chris further expanded their expertise by working as a Human Resources Consultant as well as a Human Resources Executive from October 2018 to April 2019. Chris then became the Human Resources Director at Adams Health Network in April 2019 and eventually retired in August 2022.

Chris Black, SPHR SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Supervision from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 1989. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications. In 2006, Chris obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Ten years later, in December 2016, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
