Kelly McDerby

Kelly McDerby has held a variety of roles in the past few years. Kelly began their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Kimberly-Clark in 2013, followed by a Material Engineering Intern role in 2014. Kelly then returned to Kimberly-Clark in 2015 as a Research Engineering Intern. In 2021, Kelly took on two roles simultaneously - Senior Consultant II at Project Farma and Scientist at Adcentrx Therapeutics.

Kelly McDerby obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University from 2011 to 2016. In October 2022, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Kelly also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
