Juuso Alho has extensive work experience in product management and advertising. Juuso is currently serving as the Global Head of Product, Advertising / Retail Media at Adevinta since June 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing global advertising and retail media products and leading the transition of business models. Prior to Adevinta, Juuso worked at eBay as the Global Head of Display Advertising from August 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Spil Games, including Sr. Director, Content Monetisation and Products, Director Advertising, and Head of SW Engineering and Internal Products. During their time at Spil Games, they increased revenues by implementing a new cross-platform programmatic strategy. Juuso has also worked at Nokia, managing the development of wellness and account products, integration projects, and customer support. Juuso started their career at Comptel as a Solution Manager and Technical Consultant for BSS/OSS solutions. Throughout their career, Juuso has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in product management, advertising, and technical sales support.

Juuso Alho obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Arcada - University of applied sciences, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Juuso also obtained additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, ITIL 2011 v3 Foundation from EXIM, Lean IT Foundation from APMG, and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2013.
