Prashant Puri

Prashant Puri has extensive work experience in research and development in various industries. Starting in 1988, they worked as a Senior Scientist at the Texas Centre for Superconductivity & Dept of Chemistry at the University Of Houston USA until 1991. In 1996, they joined Unilever as a Section Manager until 2002. From 1998 to 2002, they were the Head of R&D at Imperial Chemical Company. Since 2010, Prashant has been working at the Aditya Birla Group, where they currently hold the position of President & Head of R&D: Innovation, Fertilizers, Insulators, and Chemicals.

Prashant Puri completed their education history as follows:

- From 1986 to 1988, they pursued a Post Doctoral- Specialization degree in Lazer Raman Spectrocopy on Catalyst at Ohio State University in Ohio, USA.

- From 1980 to 1985, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and MSc degree in Inorganic Chemistry & Catalyst from the University of Pune.

- From 1980 to 1983, they achieved a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physical Chemistry & Material Science from Furgusson College.
