Joscha Lauer

Joscha Lauer is currently the Head of Strategy at ace Group, where Joscha is responsible for developing company strategy, strategic planning, M&A, innovation, post-merger integration, and performance monitoring and evaluation. Prior to this role, Joscha served as the Managing Director at ADLER Smart Solutions and has held various positions in the renewable energy sector, including Chief Operating Officer and Project Leader for Electromobility Projects. Joscha holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Electrical Energy Supply and a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energies from respected universities.
