Alison Barkoff

Alison Barkoff is currently performing the duties of Administrator and Assistant Secretary for Aging as well as the Principal Deputy Administrator at the Administration for Community Living. Prior to this role, Alison served as the Director of Advocacy at the Center for Public Representation, Inc., as well as the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law. Alison also held positions at the U.S. Department of Labor, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the U.S. Department of Justice. Alison has a strong background in disability rights advocacy, litigation, and policy development. Alison has a JD from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
