Bonie Varghese is a Senior Experience Designer at Adobe since September 2022, previously serving as Lead Product Designer for the ClearOne app at ClearTax India, where significant contributions led to the creation of a best-in-class product for small businesses. Bonie’s extensive experience includes roles as Lead Product Designer for Paytm Mall and Paytm Travel, achieving notable improvements in conversion rates and user experience through innovative designs and mentoring initiatives. Earlier positions include Senior Product Designer roles at Treebo Hotels and Freecharge, where impactful design strategies resulted in substantial conversion gains.
