Chandra Sekhar Sarmah

Chandra Sekhar Sarmah has extensive experience in product management, currently serving as the Head of Product Management at ADP India since July 2018, with a focus on strategic and next-generation Human Capital Management (HCM) products for the upmarket sector. Prior to ADP, Chandra held various roles at NCR Corporation from June 2012 to July 2018, including Lead Product Manager for global omnichannel terminal software, where responsibilities included product strategy, team leadership, and market leadership initiatives. Chandra's career also includes significant positions at Adobe Systems, Avaya, Cisco, LSI Inc, and the Defence Research and Development Organisation, contributing to product lifecycle management, service offers, market research, and secure communication systems development. Chandra holds a PGP in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
