Loreal M. Newson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Loreal began their career as an Assistant Marketing Manager at DuPage Children's Museum, where they oversaw marketing and membership programs. Loreal excelled in contract negotiations and secured significant advertisement trades.

Loreal then transitioned to DeVry Inc. as Manager of Registrar Services. In this role, they ensured regulatory compliance and managed daily operations, effectively leading their team to perform high-quality work. Loreal also prioritized staff growth and development through mentorship and engagement.

Following that, Loreal joined Chamberlain University in 2013 as a Business Process Expert and later took on the role of Clinical Placement Specialist and Client Relationship Manager. Loreal'sresponsibilities included implementing a university-wide academic success program and managing partnerships with clinical agencies to enhance the Chamberlain brand.

In 2019, Loreal became the Manager of Business Operations at Chamberlain University, where they collaborated with the Provost team to advance strategic priorities. Loreal played a crucial role in project management, strategic planning, and program evaluation.

In 2008-2009, Loreal also earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from the same institution. Loreal has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Benedictine University. Additionally, Loreal obtained multiple certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth in 2018, and various other certifications in areas such as communication, management, mental health, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
