Jacob Li

Jacob Li has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jacob currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at ADVANCE.AI, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, Jacob worked at Lazada, where they held multiple roles, including HR Vice President, Regional Commercial, Regional Head of Organization Development & Culture, and Chief of Staff for People - Lazada E-logistics. Jacob also served as the Head of Human Resources for Lazada e-Logistics Malaysia and Regional HRBP for Fulfilment. Before joining Lazada, Jacob worked as a Senior Consultant at Radford, specializing in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. Jacob also served as a Senior Manager at Fuji Xerox Singapore, overseeing governance and compensation, and as a Manager at Resorts World Sentosa, focusing on rewards and recognition. Jacob's early career includes a role as an Associate Remuneration & Benefits Consultant at HR Business Solutions.

Jacob Li attended the University of Liverpool from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their MEng degree in Mechanical Systems and Design Engineering.
