Subramaniam Vasudevan

Subramaniam Vasudevan has a solid work experience in engineering and management roles. Subramaniam currently works as the Director of Engineering at Advantest since 2022. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Western Digital from 2015 to 2022. During their time at Western Digital, Subramaniam held multiple leadership roles, overseeing various engineering teams and leading the development of flash-based storage products. Before that, they worked at Tech Mahindra as the AVP & Head of HiTech Engineering from 2011 to 2015, where they built a Center of Excellence and collaborated with customers to deliver product engineering solutions. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as the Asia-Pac Design Engineering Management at Freescale Semiconductor. Prior to that, they held engineering and management roles at companies like Cisco, Nortel Networks, and Exar from 1994 to 2008.

Subramaniam Vasudevan holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from San Jose State University in California, United States. Subramaniam also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras in India.
