Kim Haven SHRM-SCP, PHR has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Kim Haven is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Advantis Medical Staffing. Prior to joining Advantis, Kim held the position of VP of Human Resources at Haven Behavioral Healthcare, where they provided executive HR leadership for a healthcare system operating acute care behavioral health hospitals across the United States. Kim Haven was responsible for setting strategic direction for the HR function and collaborating with the C-Suite and business partners at all levels of leadership.

Before their role at Haven Behavioral Healthcare, Kim worked as the National HR Client Service Manager at Employers Resource and as a Human Resources Consultant at PremierLink HR Consultants, LLC. Kim Haven also served as the Director of Human Resources at Ataraxis, Inc. - A Professional Employer Organization.

Kim's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resource Manager at Delta Dental of Idaho and as a Recruiter/HR Generalist at CH2M. Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively partner with senior executives and business leaders.

Kim Haven SHRM-SCP, PHR graduated from Boise State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. In 2013, Kim obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2016, Kim obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM and also became an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Master Trainer through LivingWorks.
