Stephanie Castro

Stephanie Castro has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephanie is currently the Head of People Operations at Adyton.io, where they oversee strategic People Operations initiatives and manages the entire HR function. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at the City of Los Angeles - Personnel Department as a Senior Personnel Analyst and Employee Relations Liaison. In these roles, they managed hiring processes, coordinated employee transactions, and negotiated settlement agreements with labor unions. Stephanie also has experience at the Los Angeles Fire Department as a Management Analyst and Personnel Analyst, where they assisted with budget preparation and managed employee relations matters. Stephanie worked at Los Angeles World Airports as a Personnel Analyst, focusing on reasonable accommodation assessments and supervisor training. Additionally, Stephanie has previous experience as a Management Assistant at LACERS, where they supported project management for a software system replacement, and as a Museum Guide at El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument, engaging visitors in conversations about the history of Los Angeles.

Stephanie Castro completed their Master's Degree in Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy between 2016 and 2018. Before that, from 2008 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Cultural Anthropology and Creative Writing from Stanford University. Stephanie completed their high school education at Duarte High School from 2004 to 2008, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Stephanie has also obtained several certifications. Stephanie obtained the certification in "Motivating and Engaging Employees" from LinkedIn in August 2022. In May 2021, they earned the "SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)" designation from SHRM. Furthermore, in March 2019, they received the "Certified Senior Professional (IPMA-SCP)" certification from IPMA-HR.
