Patricia McCormick

Tricia has more than 25 years of diverse legal experience. She was most recently Deputy General Counsel of ProMedica Health System, Inc., a $7B non-profit healthcare system with 13 hospitals, four ambulatory surgery centers, more than 400 post-acute facilities, over 2,100 physicians, and an insurance company, and served as General Counsel to its post-acute line of business known as HCR ManorCare.

During her representation of HCR ManorCare and ProMedica, Tricia was instrumental in its corporate development function and led the company in its going-private transaction, a sale-leaseback transaction with a publicly-traded real estate investment trust, a conversion to a non-profit health care company, and its refinancing transactions. In addition, she has demonstrated commitment to business and healthcare ethics with extensive experience in compliance and governance.
