Alicja Swiercz

Alicja Swiercz has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Alicja is currently the Head of HR at Aegon, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at JLL as an HR Manager from 2015 to 2016, and as a Senior HR Specialist from 2011 to 2015. Before joining JLL, they worked at Red Bull as an HR Specialist from 2010 to 2011, and as an HR Assistant in 2009. Additionally, they served as an HR assistant at GBS General Banking Services from 2008 to 2008, and as an office assistant/HR assistant at A.C. Shepherd from 2006 to 2008.

Alicja Swiercz's education history includes a PG diploma in HR Management from Birkbeck, University of London, obtained in 2007 to 2008. Alicja also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management of Employees' Competencies from Kozminski University in 2012 to 2013. In addition, they earned an MBA in HR from Poznańska Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu in 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Management and Marketing from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie in the period of 2001 to 2006.
