Adrian Tan

Adrian Tan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adrian has recently held the role of Director of Operations at AEM since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engineering at the same company starting in October 2019. From March 2018 to October 2019, Adrian served as the Manager of the New Product Introduction/Customer Success Group/Technical Support at AEM.

Before joining AEM, Adrian worked as a Swim Instructor at Learn to Swim 4 Life from July 2015 to February 2018. Adrian also served as the General Manager at Axis-Tec Pte Ltd from September 2013 to June 2015.

Adrian's earlier career includes significant roles at BlueAnt Wireless, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer from September 2011 to August 2013. Adrian also held the position of VP Engineering and Product Development from June 2009 to September 2011 and worked as a Project Manager from April 2007 to June 2009, responsible for managing the company's first in-house product design.

Additionally, Adrian worked as a Project Manager at Zamro International from September 2006 to March 2007, and held various roles at Motorola Electronics from June 1997 to August 2006, including Country Manager (Customer Service) & Claims Manager (ASEAN & Asia Pacific) from March 2005 to August 2006, Senior Mechanical Engineer/Team Lead/Program Management from June 1999 to March 2005, and Senior Process Engineer from June 1997 to June 1999.

Adrian Tan received a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic in 1990. Adrian then went on to obtain an Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University, which they completed in 1994.
