Alex Billings has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In that year, they began as a Volunteer for York Mind. In 2016, they moved on to become an Events Team Assistant for Marks and Spencer. In 2017, they became a Shift Leader at KFC. In 2020, they took on the role of Store Baker for Co-op. In 2021, they are currently working as an Airport Engagement Officer for AeroCloud, where they provide Airport Systems and Services, Strategic Airport Consulting for the American market, assists in the understanding of Airport Processes and Operations, and advises on Systems Implementation and Key Systems Integration.

Alex Billings obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from York St. John University between 2012 and 2015. Alex then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of York, which they completed in 2016.
