Nick Garrett

Nick Garrett is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as a System Test Engineer II at AeroVironment since August 2022, focusing on the development and testing of unmanned aerial systems for various applications. Prior roles include Systems and Test Engineer at Planck Aerosystems and Production Engineering Intern at Brain Corp, where responsibilities encompassed product development and vehicle testing. Nick's background also includes undergraduate research in flexible electronics, internships at Harris Corporation and Additive Rocket Corporation focusing on deep space communication and propulsion system design, and a strong involvement in rocket engineering projects at UC San Diego, including leadership roles in various aerospace teams. Nick holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego, achieved between 2012 and 2018.
