David Flaherty

David Flaherty has held various roles in the field of human resources, specifically in the areas of total rewards and executive compensation. David started their career as a Director of Executive Compensation at Willis Towers Watson in 1998 and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at AES, where they also held the position of Head of Global Executive Compensation from 2011 to 2012. In 2018, they joined MedStar Health as the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Technology, and in 2019, they moved to Emergent BioSolutions as the Vice President of Total Rewards. Currently, they are working at The AES Corporation as the Vice President of Human Resources.

David Flaherty received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Carleton College, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
