Sebastian Escobar

Sebastian Escobar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sebastian currently serves as the Operations Manager for USA/LATAM at AEVI since November 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at KEMET Electronics Corporation as a Cross Channel Customer Service and Sales Support Representative. In this role, they managed accounts across different verticals and supported sales strategies.

Before that, from 2013 to 2017, Sebastian worked at First Data Corporation. Sebastian held multiple roles including Account Manager, Clover Team Manager, and Senior Tech Support Specialist. Sebastian ensured client satisfaction, built strong partnerships, and resolved issues for both internal and external stakeholders.

Sebastian also gained customer service experience at Neiman Marcus as a Customer Service Associate from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Front Desk Agent from 2011 to 2012, where they performed guest check-ins and offered solutions to customer concerns.

Their early career includes positions at Miami Beach Resort, where they held various roles from 2008 to 2011, starting as a bellman and progressing to Assistant Front Desk Manager. In this capacity, they implemented an employee rewards program to align employee performance with company goals.

Sebastian Escobar completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs at Miami Dade College from 2003 to 2005. Sebastian then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in the same field at Florida International University from 2006 to 2012. Sebastian has also obtained additional certifications in History of Payments from Aevi in November 2022 and Latin American Security Studies from Florida International University, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
