Glenn Grout

Glenn Grout is an Associate Food Scientist with experience at AFP Advanced Food Products LLC and Groupe Savencia since 2021. Prior roles include Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Idaho, where research focused on blue cheese discoloration, and involvement in a food microbiology laboratory. Past internships include Operations Intern at Lactalis American Group, Quality Assurance Technician at Dean Foods, Dairy Sanitation Assistant at Brigham Young University, and Food Sensory Intern at New York City School Foods. Glenn Grout holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Brigham Young University.
