Sonja Figueroa

Sonja Figueroa has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries. Sonja joined AgilityHealth in 2022 as the Director of Product Management. Previously, they worked at Fiserv as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Scrum Master at the First National Bank of Omaha from 2018 to 2019 and as a Product Owner at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska in 2018. Sonja also has several years of experience at First Data Corporation, where they held positions as an IT Project Manager, Senior Application Analyst, Project Leader, and Project Analyst from 2013 to 2018. Before transitioning into the technology field, they worked as a Licensed Esthetics Manager at ULTA Beauty from 2012 to 2013.

Sonja Figueroa's education history is as follows:

From 2015 to 2016, they attended Bellevue University and obtained a Master's of Strategic Marketing degree. Their field of study was Marketing/Marketing Management, General.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they also studied at Bellevue University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Their field of study was Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In 2008, Sonja Figueroa attended Iowa Western Community College and received an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.

That same year, in 2008, they attended Capitol Beauty School and obtained a degree as an Esthetician, specializing in Esthetics.

In addition to their formal education, Sonja Figueroa has obtained several certifications. These include:

- Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in March 2023.

- Certified Scrum Master from The Braintrust Consulting Group and Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2018.

- Sonja also holds a license as an Esthetician.

Lastly, Sonja Figueroa has expressed an interest in obtaining a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute, but the certification and specific dates have not been provided.
