Amit Bitra

Amit Bitra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Amit began their career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra in 2013, where they worked until 2015. Amit then joined Grand View Research, Inc. as a Research Intern in 2016. In 2017, they transitioned to Bajaj Finserv as an Assistant Product Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as product portfolio design, error tracking, process re-engineering, and generating reports. In 2018, they joined Allscripts as a Technical Consultant, contributing until 2021. Following that, they worked as a Senior Analyst - Customer Excellence at Avalara from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Manager at AGILIRON, starting in November 2022.

Amit Bitra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Systems and Marketing from the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University. Amit completed their MBA from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Bapurao Deshmukh Engineering College, Sewagram. Amit completed their undergraduate studies from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Amit Bitra has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. The following year, in 2020, they completed the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" certification from LinkedIn. Amit further expanded their skills by obtaining the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019.

More recently, Amit Bitra acquired certifications in partnership with Avalara. In 2021, they completed the "Avalara Certified Implementation Partner: AvaTax and Managed Returns" program from Avalara University. In 2022, they obtained the certification for "Avalara Certified Implementation Partner: CertCapture" from Avalara University for Partners.
