Prerna Verma

Prerna Verma has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. Prerna currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Agilité, where they oversee projects and clients in the US and Europe. Prior to Agilité, Prerna worked as the Tech Recruiting Lead (India) at Huspy, a proptech company focused on housing marketplaces in the UAE and Spain.

Before Huspy, Prerna was an Engineering Recruiter at Compass, where they played a crucial role in building a data-driven real estate transaction platform. Prerna also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon, where they managed various aspects of the recruitment process and implemented employee referral programs.

Earlier in their career, Prerna served as an IT Business Manager at en world group, where they led talent acquisition efforts for top e-commerce companies such as Amazon. Prerna also worked as a Manager (IT Delivery e-Commerce) at New Era India, where they specialized in technical recruiting and had a strong understanding of different software engineering roles.

Prerna's work experience began at Monster.com India Pvt Ltd, where they served as a Client Relations Associate and managed relationships with top global clients, providing comprehensive training on the products.

Throughout their career, Prerna has demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and project management. Prerna has a strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of the recruitment and hiring processes.
