Troy Landoch has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Troy has held leadership positions in various companies, including their current role as Vice President Human Resources at agilon health, where they focus on transforming healthcare for seniors by empowering primary care physicians. Prior to this, they served as Chief People Officer at DPL Financial Partners, where they developed a marketplace of low-cost, commission-free insurance products for registered investment advisors. Additionally, they were Vice President Operations at Hanna Resource Group LLC, responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. Troy also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, leading the transformation of the HR team to drive business outcomes.
