Steven Farmer has a diverse work experience in the sales and engineering field. Steven began their career as an Application Engineering Intern at The Timken Company in 2012. Steven later joined UTC Aerospace Systems as a Mechanical Engineer (Co-Op) in 2013. Steven then returned to The Timken Company and held various sales roles, including Associate Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Sr. Sales Engineer, and Key Account Manager from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Agrisolutions as a Global Account Manager and was later promoted to Director of Sales before becoming the Vice President of Sales for Agrisolutions Wear Parts division in 2023. Steven'sresponsibilities at Agrisolutions included overseeing sales operations, developing growth strategies, expanding market share, and collaborating with the senior executive leadership team.
Steven Farmer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with Cum Laude honors from The University of Akron. Steven completed their education from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Steven has obtained several certifications, including Coaching for Results, Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers, Influencing Others, and Managing in a Matrixed Organization.
