Diva Neims has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Diva is currently the Director of Human Resources at AHEAD. Prior to their current role, they were a Payroll Specialist at Trading Technologies and an HR Coordinator at Knightsbridge Solutions.

Diva has a deep understanding of all things HR, from managing payroll and employee benefits to overseeing recruiting and new hire orientation. Diva is known for their ability to resolve employee relations issues and their dedication to maintaining positive company culture. In their previous roles, Diva has been responsible for managing HR databases, reconciling department expenses, and processing visas and permanent residencies.
