Vanessa Fortin

Head of Customer Success at Ahgora

Vanessa Fortin has a wealth of experience in the IT and customer success fields. Vanessa began their career in 2004 as a System Analyst and Developer for Atos Origin do Brasil Ltda. Vanessa then moved to Stefanini IT Solutions as a System Analyst. In 2005, they became an IT Project Manager for Americanas.com. The following year, they took on a similar role at DBA, where they also held the position of Relationship Manager. In 2008, they moved to Vertigo Computação as an IT Project Manager. From 2009 to 2019, they were a Project Manager and IT Manager for Woden! Comunicação Interativa. Finally, in 2019, they joined SAS as a Customer Intelligence Consultant and in 2021, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success at Ahgora.

Vanessa Fortin has a broad educational background. Vanessa completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2020, and prior to that they attended ILAC - Vancouver in 2013. Vanessa also completed an MBA, Strategic Information Management at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2008-2009 and Information Technology at UNILINS in 2000-2003. In addition to their formal education, Vanessa has also obtained certifications from SAS and PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter, including SAS Certified Platform Administrator for SAS 9 (2019), SAS Real-Time Decision Manager: Creating Resources for Inbound Campaigns (2019), and PMP® (2009).
