Roy then worked at Gladior as an Internet Marketeer and Graduate Intern, focusing on web analytics and the use of Google Analytics. Later, at Sensson, they served as a Business Analyst, providing hosting solutions and business support. After that, they joined Indenty as a Product Manager, responsible for increasing the profitability of existing products. At Randstad Groep Nederland, they worked as a Web Analyst and played a crucial role in the global roll-out of Google Analytics 360.
