York Boon Teng

York Boon Teng currently serves as the Head of Contact Center at AIA Malaysia since May 2020, overseeing operations in Inbound and Outbound Contact Centers and project management. Prior to this role, York held positions at Teleperformance as Contact Center Manager and at Advance Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) as Head of IT, responsible for HelpDesk, PC Services, and Asset Management. York's extensive experience includes serving as IT Incident Commander at Intel Corporation, where leadership was demonstrated in managing IT crisis events and ensuring business continuity. Additionally, York contributed to service management as IT Manager in multiple capacities at Intel Corporation and earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Deakin University, graduating in December 1994.
