Eileen Yin

Eileen Yin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRVP at Aibee Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Eileen held multiple positions at Baidu, Inc. from July 2011 to April 2024, including Baidu HR Director of SOTD & Global Staffing, Leading BP Director for Global & Emerging Business, and COE & Staffing Head of SSG, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and operational staffing management. Eileen's earlier experience includes working as In-Business HR Manager at Motorola Home & Networks Mobility from July 2007 to July 2011, providing support to business teams in staffing and employee relations, and serving as a Training Consultant at Tsinghua University from October 2004 to July 2007, managing overseas student exchange programs. Eileen holds a master's degree in Linguistics from the University of Nottingham and additional human resources training from the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
