Krish Iyer

Krish Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Krish started their career in 2010 at SAP, where they held positions such as Senior Director and Vice President, focusing on building strategies and programs for the company's strategic customers. In 2015, Krish Iyer founded Qua Aliter Associates, a network of professionals dedicated to unlocking individual, team, and organizational potential. Krish served as the CEO and Chief Catalyst, working with clients in various areas including coaching, change management, and sales performance. Krish also partnered with MHI Global to bring proven methodologies to their clients. In 2016, they joined Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning as a Senior Moderator, leading participant-centered learning programs for enterprise managers. Additionally, Krish Iyer served as the Asia Director for Team Coaching Zone and as an Executive Coach for AIIR Consulting. Krish was also an Associate Faculty and Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership, contributing to advancing leadership practices and development. In 2019, Krish Iyer became the Asia Regional Director for Disruptor's Handbook, specializing in strategy and innovation for companies and organizations. Throughout their career, Krish has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, coaching, sales, and customer management.

Krish Iyer has a diverse education history. In 1981, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. From 1986 to 1988, Krish Iyer attended SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and obtained a Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Marketing Management and Financial Management. In 2004, they attended Carnegie Mellon University and received a certificate in eSCM at the ITSQc. In 2014, Krish Iyer enrolled in the Columbia Coaching Certification Program at Teachers College, Columbia University, where they obtained an Advanced Coach Certification in Executive, Leadership & Transition Coaching.

Additionally, Krish Iyer holds multiple certifications. Krish received the Columbia Credential Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC) from Teachers College, Columbia University in February 2023. In December 2021, they obtained the CSA Accredited Supervisor 2022 certification from Coaching Supervision Academy Ltd. In November 2020, they became a Master Practitioner through the 6 Team Conditions institution. Krish Iyer also holds certifications in Strengths Development Inventory Certified Facilitator (May 2020) from Core Strengths, International Systemic Team Coaching (January 2020) from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, Change Style Indicator (August 2017) from Discovery Learning International, and FIRO-B, FIRO Business (May 2017) from CPP Asia Pacific.
