Christoph Schmitt

Christoph Schmitt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consulting industries. Currently serving as COO and Head of Business and People Development at AILY LABS since December 2021, Christoph previously held leadership roles at Novartis Oncology, managing solid tumors in Germany, and leading hematology strategies in Belgium. Prior to that, Christoph was a Project Leader and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where strategic insights were developed. Christoph began a career in the pharmaceutical sector as a Chemist at Merck. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
