Matteo Bianchi

Matteo Bianchi is a Lean Manager at VitalAire at Air Liquide, where Matteo is responsible for deploying the continuous improvement program in Italy. Matteo is also an Adjunct Professor of Lean Enterprise at LIUC - Università Cattaneo and a member of the LIUC Lean Club. Previously, Matteo worked as a Senior Consultant and Lean Coach at SOGES S.p.A. and as a Consultant at High Speed Management. Matteo holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and has a background in Business Administration and Information Systems. Matteo is dedicated to promoting lean culture and methods in the workplace.
