Shehjar Tikoo

Shehjar Tikoo has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Shehjar began their career as a Research Engineer at the University of New South Wales, where they conducted research and research-led software engineering in file systems and distributed file systems performance. Shehjar then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Gluster/Red Hat, where they helped launch some of the most innovative modules in the GlusterFS distributed file system. In 2012, Shehjar joined Unbxd Inc as the 3rd leg of the company leadership to lead Product Management. Shehjar then worked as a Product Analyst at Seclore, where they redesigned the user onboarding journey for enterprise customers. From 2015 to 2019, Shehjar worked at Endurance International Group, first as a Group Product Manager, then as a Senior Product Manager, and finally as a Product Manager. In 2019, Shehjar joined Airbase as the Director of Product Management, where they are currently leading two products, Accounting and Approvals.

Shehjar Tikoo's education history includes a LEAD Advanced Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2022, a Master of Computing and IT from UNSW in 2005-2006, a Bachelor of Computer Application from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra in 2001-2004, and Delhi Public School Noida from 1992-2001. Shehjar Tikoo also has two additional certifications, an Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2016, and a Core Programme in User Experience Design from Design Incubator Research & Development Labs in January 2014.
