Busi Geneva Marandure

Busi Geneva Marandure, MBA, is a seasoned communications and change specialist with a strong track record in managing internal and external communications strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as a Communications and Change Manager at Airbus since August 2023, Busi has previously held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director and Program Manager at Touching Lives Inc, where efforts focused on enhancing access to education and mentorship for youth in Zimbabwe. With experience at USAA as a Project/Program Communications and Business Manager, Busi led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
